Location: Lahania 6km from Gennadi, 65 km from airport. 130m2 total floor area, well kept gardens, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, 80 m. from the beach, large sheltered veranda with sea view, full air conditioned luxurious rooms.

Consists of : 2 double bedrooms (one with a canopy bed), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge with fire place, TV, DVD, MP3 player.

Next to the villa there is a detached studio (as luxurious as the villa), with a sheltered veranda with sea view, in case the rental requires 6 persons.
The studio contains a double bed, shower, mini bar.
In the event that extra beds are required, there are two sitter couches, which convert into two semi double beds (one in the lounge and one in the studio) and a sofa bed (for 1 person) in the lounge (up to 11 persons).

The studio is not given independently but only in demand of the client who has rented the villa and requires 2-4 persons more.
