Standard guest rooms:

Located in the 7-storey Executive V.I.P. wing with their exclusive lifts, executive guest rooms combine classic comforts with the convenience of state-of-the-art technology. Each executive guest room has an elegant seating area with a leather Chesterfield sofa, walnut executive desk and a bed with an orthopaedic mattress. Junior Suites

The Junior Suites are located on the 20-storey tower all facing the Agean Sea. Having the size of two standard rooms, they consist of a master bedroom and a living room devided by a wooden sliding devider. The bedroom has a dedicated dressing area, wooden closet and a full bathroom. The living room contains a round table with four armchairs, a sofa that can be converted into two beds, a colour remote controlled satellite TV with teletext services, three telephone sets with Voice Mail and fully stocked minibar. The two predominant colour schemes of the upholstery, the wall coverings and the carpets are either turquoise blue or orange brown.

Corner Executive V.I.P. Suites

As their name implies, the seven Corner Suites are located on the corner of each of the floors in the Executive VIP wing. All have a balcony facing the outdoor pools and the hotel's gardens. They consist of a main bedroom with a king size bed and a secondary room with two single beds. The two rooms are separated by a wooden sliding panel. All furniture is custom made in a unique design with the finest materials, including a leather Chesterfield sofa and executive desk made of walnut and wild rosewood. Presidential Suites

Living in one of the five Presintential Suites of the Rodos Palace simply implies that you have chosen a spacious luxurious and prestigious place to spend most of the time of your precious holidays. A Presidential Suite consists of two large rooms: A spacious sitting and dinning room and through the interconnecting door, a bedroom with desk and sitting area separated from the bedroom space by a ceiling-high sliding panel. The bedroom has fully equipped bathroom and dressing area en suite, while in the dinning room there is a guest's WC. Located on the gently sloping, verdant hillside, the studios are ideal for two guests seeking complete privacy. Studios consist of a living/bedroom room with two beds, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, desk and a dining table with four chairs next to a compact kitchenette containing refrigerator and electric rings as well as cooking and serving utensils. Moreover, there is a full bathroom and a closet and luggage bench area.

Apartments
Situated in the upper gardens hill overlooiking the Agean Sea, the apartments are ideal for 2-4 guests secking tranquillity and relaxation. Apartments consist of a spacious living room with two sofas accommodating two extra persons overnight, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table and a desk. Moreover there is a dining table with four chairs next to a compact kitchenette containing refrigerator, electric rings as well as cooking and serving utensils. A hallway connects the living room with the master bedroom having on one side a full bathroom and on the other a large closet and a luggage bench. In the master bedroom are two beds, two night stands and a dressing table.

Bungalows
Located on the top of the garden hill, guests in the maisonette-style bungalows enjoy fascinating views of the Agean Sea. Bungalows are constructed on three split-level comprising an entrance level, a hall way and adjacent shower room/WC, a kitchen room with refrigerator, electric rings and cooking & serving utensils. On the second level there is a living room with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table and a dining table with four chairs. The master bedroom is located on the third level and has two beds, desk with mirror, two night stands, two chairs and a large closet. Next to the bedroom there is a full bathroom with bathtub.

Presidential Villas
The two interconnected Presidential Villas are located on the top of a green hill overlooking the entire resort complex and the deep-blue Agean Sea. Each covers a total floor area of 110 m2, and comprises a spacious master bedroom, an ample living and dining room and a fully equiped kitchen with a built-in bar. Convenient facilities include two digital telephone sets with Voice Mail, remote controlled satellite colour television set, separate guests' WC and a luxurious marble-clad bathroom. Traditional Greek & International speciality dishes served daily in a casual setting beside the outdoor pools. Guest on halfboard basis may use this restaurant daily for their entitled meal from 12.30 to 2.30 pm, while a la carte meals and snacks are served from 09.00 am to 06.00 pm.

INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER
Following the completion of a generous expansion program which cost 20 million US dollars the new Rodos Palace International Conference Center is the largest purpose built venue in Greece. The International Convention Center is already well established as a top meeting venue and has a total combined seating capacity of 3.500 delegates in 11 multi-purpose halls and meeting rooms designed to meet the toughest E.U. and I.A.P.C.O. regulations. The Center offers a total of 5.500 m2 that can easily be customized for any event and easily surpasses the demands of conference organizers and exhibitors throughout the world.

Interior Decoration

A rose motif dominates the decor theme throughout the Center. This flower is the traditional emblem of Rhodes and characterizes the island's illustrious history. It perfectly complements the discreet opulence of the elegant furnishings, tasteful fabrics, ankle-deep carpets and soft pink Italian marble. In counter point are impressive works of art including paintings, tapestries and mosaics which blend harmoniously to create a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

Conference Halls

Jupiter Ballroom
The largest hall of the Center (850 m2) with a capacity of 1.200 delegates in theater style. It is ideal for conferences, banquets, gala dinner, stage performances, balls, concerts, or as a playhouse for any event that requires a full-size professional stage with full behind-the-scene infrastructure. It is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual devices including an infrared simultaneous interpretation system for up to 8 languages. Other unique features include a ceiling height of 8 m, vehicular entrance, a splendid Reception area, bar and toilets for persons with special needs.

Athena Hall
Situated on the 1st floor of the Convention Center, just above the Jupiter Ballroom, the Athena Hall (350 m2) can function as a secondary congress hall with a maximum capacity of 350 delegates, or as an auxilliary exhibition area either independently, or in conjuction with Jupiter Ballroom. Adjacent are 3 break-out rooms that can be used for secretarial purposes.

Salon De Roses

The largest of the new facilities (520 m2), with a capacity of 650 delegates. It can be divided in two separate units and is fully equipped with an infared simultaneous interpretation system for up to 7 languages and state of the art audio visual devices. The partition walls are custom designed to the highest specifications for complete heat, sound and light insulation so that there is no inconvenience or intruction from the adjacent room. Salon De Roses is ideal as a ballroom since its pleasing decor incorporates elaborate rose motifs, Murano glass chandeliers and ingeniously concealed incidental lighting to create special moods or effects.

Delphi Amphitheater

Aflexible multi-use three-level amphitheatrical hall (450 m2) with a capacity of 550 delegates. It has a permanent stage and alternatively can be converted into a ballroom, or used for theatrical performances, concerts or dinner dances. It is equipped with an infared simultaneous interpretation system for three languages, stage lighting and audiovisual devices. Additional features include huge picture windows for natrural lighting and its own private entrance.

Nafsika Hall

Nafsika Hall (220 m2) has a capacity of 280 delegates and can be divided into 2 separate rooms, each with full audio-visual equipment. It is ideal for smaller functions such as board meetings, , top-level gatherings or small exhibitions.

Nefeli Hall

Similar to Nafsika Hall, the Nefeli (165 m2) has a capacity of 200 delegates and can be subdivided in two smaller rooms. It can be used for board meetings, seminars or small exhibitions.

Apollo Room

Located in the Hotel Tower area, the Apollo room (250m2) has a capacity of 250 delegates. It is a multi-purpose room with a permanent projection screen, that can be ideally used as a meeting room., exhibition area, pre-registration, or even hospitality desks area for large conventions.

Executive Meeting Rooms

A magnificent circular stairway leads to 5 Executive meeting rooms (max 60 m2 each) namely the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Epsilon with capacities up to 60 delegates each. They are ideal for small meetings, or as board rooms. On the same level there is an additional room for secretarial support.

Lobbies & Exhibition Areas

The Entrance Foyer and the Atrium Lobby serve as a link between the Center, the Hotel Tower and the Executive VIP Wing. With a total combined area of 1400 m2 they are ideal for Cocktail Receptions, or as Exhibition area with a combined capacity of 3000 persons. Both areas feature truck vehicular access, full catering facilities, storage rooms the most up-to-date AV technical support and are also suitable for the less mobile with toilets for people with special needs. Organizers have at their disposal a dedicated Business Center area, two Hospitality Desks, a sounproofed VIP Lounge and Breakout rooms.

All meeting halls and rooms have individual controls for air-conditioning, lighting, sound plus sufficient outlets for telephones and 220V/3-phase electricity. Moreover, organizers can have at their disposal the following facilities:
Three infared simultaneous interpretation systems (Brahler for 8,7 or 3 languages), cordless translation receivers, digital wireless microphones, movable projection screens of various sizes, laser beem pointers, film, slide and overhead projectors, video cameras, BARCO, VCRs, tape recorders. When Business gives way to pleasure, be it feasting on a grand scale, lavish banqueting, spectacular pageants or small and intimate private parties, the Rodos Palace facilities are virtually intinite.

The gracious dining halls of the Ambrosia, Nectar & Castellania (seating up to 750 total) are splendid banqueting venues and even have a private entrance from the Convention Center. The Rotisserie & La Terasse restaurants are perfect for smaller groups of up to 150 each for gourmet dining in true style and splendour, Cocktail parties and receptions, regardless of size, can be held in the noumerous bars and lounges. The Amphitrion Piano Lounge Bar charmingly accommodates 650 for any purpose while the Garden Lounge & La Terrasse Bar are superb cocktail party locations for up to 250. Major events can utilise the Jupiter Hall which easily transforms into a grand ballroom with multiple entertainment opportunities. Theme Parties come in all shapes and sizes ranging from Ancient Greek Feasts, Roman Banquets, Hawaiian Nights, Oriental Evenings, Fashion Shows or Village and Wine Festivals... whatever the theme, there's a venue to suit. The Salon des Roses can be transformed into an ancient Greek temple where delegates can doff their business attire and don togas to revel as gods and goddesses. For those mortals with a tad more energy the Tropicana Disco tempts with exciting modern ballet revues and dance shows. The Dome Pool Bar & Club with dining capacity for up to 1200 is ideal for themed parties, folkloric dance performances, fashion shows and cabarets. Its "island" in the middle of the pool can be decked out in any number of ways to provide a novel decorative twist.
